Executive & Life Coaching

How it Works - Why Should You Try It

Coaching is a goal oriented process but it is not a "quick fix" solution. It involves reflecting and putting into practice new ways of thinking and doing things. The length of time you stay in coaching varies depending on the level of change/transformation you want to achieve.

Coaching can occur by phone, Skype or in person based on your needs and preference.

Life coaches focus on the present and goals for the future to give you the life you really want. My job is to help you reach your goals and hold you accountable. I may push and stretch you in ways that feel uncomfortable. Unlike a friendship, the coaching relationship is exclusively focused on you and your goals.

We both know that you don't need another parent, sibling, friend or co-worker telling you what you should be doing. Coaches are experts at changing behavior, which is much more valuable than giving advice!

  • Change The Way You Think:

Coaching allows you to get constant feedback and discover more about yourself. Coaching wakes you up and helps you find new ways of thinking and behaving.

  • Expertise:

Would you ask your spouse to fix the plumbing in your home if he/she was not a plumber? Life Coaches are experts on changing behavior, which is much more valuable than giving instructions.

  • Accountability:

Having a Life Coach makes you accountable. Without a coach, you’re only accountable to yourself – and that’s the problem - you come up with excuses.

  • New Ideas:

We are limited when we depend on our own beliefs and ideas. Life Coaching allows you to see things in a new way!

  • Gain Confidence:

Coaching helps you solve self-esteem issues and guides you, step-by-step, toward your goal.

  • Get Motivated:

Life Coaching provides a personal cheerleader to motivate and encourage you to stop settling and start living the life you want.

  • Become Happier:

Happiness helps every aspect of your life. A Life Coach will give you tools to increase happiness and create a pathway to success.

  • Find Your Purpose:

Finding your purpose is not achieved by meditating on mountaintop. As you change old patterns of thinking, gain confidence and identify what you want, you ultimately find your purpose.
